Every model, side-by-side — airflow, power, noise, filtration and running cost, matched to your laser process.
Reborix builds two kinds of fume extractor, and picking the right one comes down to what your laser produces. If it makes smoke, odor or sticky fumes, you want a washable ESP unit. If it makes dry metal dust or powder, you want a cartridge (PTFE) unit. The tables below cover the whole range.
For smoke, VOCs and sticky laser fumes. The electrostatic cell is rinsed and reused — $50–90/year in consumables.
For metal dust and powder from fiber cutting and welding. Pulse back-blow cleaning, 0.3μm / 99.9% efficiency.

The filter is the hidden cost in any extractor. This is why Reborix leads with washable ESP.

Pick ESP when your laser makes smoke, odor or sticky fumes — laser marking, CO₂ cutting, UV/DTF printing and wood/MDF. The washable cell keeps running cost at $50–90/year.
Pick cartridge (PTFE) when your laser makes dry metal dust or powder — fiber laser cutting and welding. The pulse-cleaned membrane filter handles fine particles at 0.3μm / 99.9%.
On ESP models the washable cell never needs replacing. The only consumables are activated carbon (~$80 every 12–18 months), carbon-fiber cotton ($10, monthly for MDF / quarterly for acrylic), a UV lamp ($35 per 10,000 h) and an ion lamp ($60 per 40,000 h). Typical total is $50–90/year — a fraction of traditional HEPA cartridges.
• Desktop marking / 6040 → 12-1 (500 m³/h)
• CO₂ 1390 → 12-4 or 12-5
• CO₂ 1325 → 12-4S or 12-5S
• Fiber 3–12 kW → FH-8 Series or 8 Series
• Flag/banner printer → FH-6 / FH-6-2
• DTF powder → DF-2
• Wood/MDF cluster → 12-8 / 12-9
• Education/lab → 12-11
