Our ESP-based systems charge particles electrically and collect them on washable plates, achieving 96-99% efficiency on submicron particles (0.1-10μm). Multi-stage filtration: Pre-filter → Carbon fiber → ESP module → UV lamps (5×) → Ion modules → Activated carbon. Since August 2025, all models are upgraded to comply with the latest EU environmental standards (IED/BAT guidelines) for enhanced VOC and particle control.
12 Series (ESP-based): Best for laser smoke, odors, and fine particles from CO₂ laser cutting/engraving, fiber marking, and UV marking. Filters are washable and reusable — significantly lower long-term costs.
FH-8 Series (Cartridge-based): Designed for metal dust from fiber laser cutting and welding. Uses PTFE membrane cartridge filters with pulse back-blow cleaning. The 8-Series supports 24-hour continuous industrial operation.
