Put your brand on a proven machine — without building a factory
Want to sell laser fume extractors under your own brand — for your own country, your own customers, your own margin — without spending years on R&D and tooling? That's what OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) is for. You take a proven, CE-certified machine, put your name on it, and sell it. Here's exactly what you can customize, what it costs to get started, and the process.
A genuine OEM program means more than a sticker. At Reborix, here's what's on the table:
In short: you control the identity; we handle the engineering — CE certification, filtration design, motor selection, and QC.
The biggest fear with OEM is a minimum order that forces you to buy a container before you've sold a single machine. We do the opposite: start with 1 unit for testing. Evaluate the build, run it on your own laser, show it to your first customer — then scale when you're confident. No one should gamble a warehouse full of inventory on an untested supplier.
Lead time depends on order size and how much customization is involved. A realistic expectation: samples ship in weeks, and bulk orders scale from there, confirmed in writing when you place the order. Standard models move fastest; heavy customization (new casing colors, custom panel layouts) adds a little time. Your sales contact should commit to a specific number — not "soon."
Designing a fume extractor from scratch means paying for airflow engineering, filter selection, CE testing, motor sourcing, tooling, and a QC line — before you've sold anything. OEM skips all of that: you inherit a machine that's already CE-certified, already sold into 150+ countries, and already proven in the field. Your margin comes from your brand, your market access, and your customer relationships — not from reinventing a fan and a filter.
